Could it be because you saw the whole robot? and the new one was only a head? That could be a factor. Who couldn't look at the robot and think, " .#$@*!!" Or it's possible, that I find the eyes of that blue one positively sinister ... in a good way of course Is the face going to merge with the glass/ ice body you were making, one day ?

Ash...that skull looks incredible. It looks deformed, the kind you would find on an archeological dig, and I am reminded of "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull." Edit: BTW, if you are having a sleepless night, it's because you are officially PDN Fanatic!

Very good glass effect Ash on that skull, looks like a skull of a very old women, so it is ok if you don't put the teeth. And of course if the case is drawing images like these right before sleeping , good I didn't see it last night just today morning or I would keep all the lights in my house and may be the TV on before going to bed.

Agreed with everyone else ... that is pretty amazing. And realistic. To think it started from the original shape then developed into that ... frankly I'm not sure I'd know where to start. bulge and power-stretch ? As for the sleepless nights ... I soon learnt to close PDN at least half an hour before going to bed

I soon learnt to close PDN at least half an hour before going to bed Tons of power stretch..wait..No, I think I mainly used Point warp, displacement, some bulge I believe...of course always with the curves+, blending modes, gradients....etc...ah, even a little smudge here and there for touch ups. Like I said before, just kept clicking clicking, and don't even remember half of what I did...lol
